The Culinary Union, the city’s largest and most powerful, begins contract talks Thursday, representing 50,000 workers at 34 local resorts.
The union will sit down first with the biggest gaming company in the city, MGM Resorts, to begin the process of hammering out a new deal to succeed the current contract, which expires June 1st.
