Ronald Gladstone said he has worked at The D since 1989.
"What's important to myself and my coworkers? Our healthcare is really important. Pension. Respect on the job. Dignity on the job," he said. "Our union sets the standard here, so when you see jobs that are not union that pay a certain wage and give certain type of benefits to the employees, that's because of us."
