Station Casinos is now legally required to negotiate in good faith. The Culinary is also awaiting results of a legal challenge filed by Station Casinos after workers at the Palms voted in April to unionize.
“We urge Station Casinos to recognize their workers’ voices and votes at Green Valley Ranch and the Palms, and begin contract negotiations in good faith immediately,” saidGeoconda Argüello-Kline, Secretary-Treasurer for Culinary 226 in a news release.
