Trump Hotel Workers Campaign for a Union, Over the Boss’s Objections

On Thursday, the board’s national headquarters in Washington rejected the hotel’s requests for another round of review. The Culinary Workers Union, which has been supporting the union drive and representing the workers, hailed the decision as a significant victory that should now lead to contract negotiations. Bethany Khan, a union spokeswoman, said it was sending a letter asking for dates for talks to start.
