Statement from Culinary Union’s Geoconda Arguello-Kline regarding Trump lawsuit today:
This was a frivolous last ditch effort by the Trump campaign to suppress voter turnout.
This is exactly what Donald Trump and his company attempted to do when workers at his hotel - the Trump Hotel Las Vegas - won their union election. Mr. Trump continues to illegally refuse to bargain despite being ordered by the federal government to do so.
