    Union members can get a 30-day bus pass at a discounted rate at the Cashier's Office at the Union. Sorry cash only, no checks or credit cards. For more information, please call (702) 385-2131.

  • Union Plus Benefits for Culinary Members
    Discounted services & benefits from the AFL-CIO's Union Plus Program. Because you are a member or retiree of the Culinary, you and your family are automatically eligible for Union Plus benefits.

  • Scholarships
    Three ($3,000) Arnold/Jones/Evans Scholarships are awarded each year. Any Union member or their children who are graduating high school seniors when applying are eligible to participate. A new essay topic is chosen each year.

  • Discount Theme Park Tickets
    Visit any of these six Southern California attractions (SeaWorld, Legoland, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Magic Mountain, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park), at a greatly reduced price. Tickets may be purchased at the Union. Sorry cash only, no credit cards or checks. For your convenience, an ATM is available at the Cashier’s Office.

    Local businesses such as the Gold’s Gym, Massage Pro, Ballan’s Formal Wear, Work Force Wear and Custo Barcelona in the Forum Shops offer discounts to Culinary Union members. Just show your Union ID card or a paycheck stub showing a deduction for Union dues to qualify for discounts.
