 Signature Wins Its First Contract!

On September 24, 2008, workers at the MGM Grand Signature Condominiums voted to ratify their very first Culinary and Bartenders Union contract.  Hundreds of Signature workers participated in the ratification where 100% voted 'YES'!

Employing close to 600 folks in Culinary or Bartender Union positions, Signature workers have been pushing the company for nearly 2 years to get their first Union contract.

D. Taylor, Local 226's Secretary-Treasurer and lead negotiator had this to say, "This was a great victory for Signature workers who stood together for so many months determined to get their share of the "Las Vegas Dream", just like their brothers and sisters who work in a property with a casino.  Signature workers fought hard wand won a great first contract that included the Culinary Union health plan.

One Dream. One Team. One Fight.
