Culinary Training Academy |
The Culinary Training Academy of Las Vegas offers classes for new hires and workers. Featuring an 11,000 square foot kitchen facility, the Academy offers hands-on experience to those seeking careers in food service and food preparation. There also are training courses and facilities for those seeking jobs as Guest Room Attendants. The Academy is operated as a joint partnership between the Culinary Union and 24 casino and resort properties.
