Orientation
If you would like to join the Culinary Union, come to the Orientation Department Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 3:30pm to speak with an Orientation Specialist.
To join the Culinary Union or to receive a Union referral for a new employer, bring:
*A state ID, passport, or permanent resident card.
*Social Security card.
*The Union referral that your new employer provides.
Orientation can provide you with:
*A list of union properties to apply to directly.
*Information on where to obtain a Nevada Health Card.
*How to get a discount for the TAM Card.
The Culinary Union's Orientation Department informs workers who have already been hired by a unionized property about their Union benefits and provides a referral and a welcome packet.
