The Culinary Union claims the restaurant did not notify all of its workers; union member Eric Weininger was one of them.
"I'm concerned about bringing it home to my family. I love my job, I don't want anything to happen to me, my coworkers, my bosses. I just want procedures to be done," Weininger said.
Those are two of the stories in this lawsuit, filed Monday by the Culinary, in its campaign to keep workers safe from COVID-19. Named in the lawsuit are The Signature at MGM Grand, Sadelle's Café at Bellagio and Guy Fieri's Las Vegas kitchen and bar.
The union has become increasingly vocal about the health and safety measures resorts are taking.
