In a joint statement, MGM Resorts and the Culinary Workers Union Local 226 announced the resolution of a lawsuit filed against the resort group.
The Culinary Union filed the lawsuit for worker protections during the COVID-19 pandemic. Both MGM Resorts and Culinary Union contributed to special session legislation on worker protection and business liability.
