Some recognizable names are voicing their thoughts on the ongoing struggle between the Culinary Union and Red Rock Resorts Inc., the company behind Station Casinos.
The battle between Southern Nevada’s powerful casino workers union and the third largest employer in the valley most recently hit a fever pitch when more than 1,000 members of the Culinary Union and hospitality workers picketed outside the Palms Casino Resort, one of Station Casinos’ newly acquired properties.
