Baker's Helper Class

Attention Culinary Union members: Take the Baker’s Helper class! 

Students will learn the basic principles of baking, including fundamental techniques and procedures related to breads; pies, pastries, and cookies; cakes and frostings; and chocolate and sugar.

The class starts on August 12 and runs for 12 weeks. Class time is 4-7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Interested candidates should call Student Services at 702-924-2100
