Whether you are a U.S. Citizen, a legal permanent resident (“green card” holder), have Temporary Protected Status, are a DREAMER, refugee, or undocumented, YOU HAVE RIGHTS.
If Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents come to your home, workplace, or stop you in public, remember that you have the right to:
* Remain silent
* Speak to an attorney
* Refuse to sign any document
* Leave if you are not being detained.
* If ICE shows up at your door, do not open the door unless the officer shows you a warrant signed by a judge.
* If there is an ICE raid in your workplace, contact your union organizer or shop steward immediately.

Sea usted ciudadano estadounidense, residente permanente legalizado (con “tarjeta verde”), beneficiario del Estatus de Protección Temporal, DREAMER, refugiado, o indocumentado, USTED TIENE DERECHOS.
Si llegan a su hogar o trabajo, o lo paran en público algunos agentes del servicio de Inmigración y Control de Aduanas (ICE, por sus siglas en inglés), recuerde que usted tiene derecho a:
* Permanecer callado(a)
* Hablar con un abogado
* Negarse a firmar cualquier documento
* Irse, si no será puesto en detención
*Si ICE se aparece en su puerta, no abra la puerta al menos que el agente le muestre una orden firmada por un juez.
Si hay una redada de ICE en su lugar de trabajo, contacte a su organizador o delegado sindical de inmediato.
