In 2018, we fought hard and won contract language to let you transfer to Circa when it opens.
Circa will open its casino on October 28 and open its hotel before the end of the year.
Workers in ALL Culinary and Bartenders classifications at The D and Golden Gate (including the union outlets of The Downtown Restaurant Group) can transfer to Circa if you are qualified for a job over at the new property.
- You can transfer no later than 30 days after Circa opens.
- If you transfer, you will have Day-One classification seniority at Circa but carry over your House Seniority from the D and Golden Gate.
- Circa management can return you to your old job at The D or Golden Gate if they think you do not meet their standards, but their decision must be made in writing and may not be arbitrary and capricious.
- You have to have passed probation at the D or Golden Gate to qualify for transfer.

En el 2018, luchamos mucho y ganamos cláusulas del contrato que permitieran que ustedes se trasladaran al Circa cuando este se abriera.
Circa abrirá su casino el 28 de octubre y abrirá su hotel antes del fin del año.
