Culinary Union to host online panel on Apollo and TPG’s history in Las Vegas with authors of “Caesars Palace Coup” - Las Vegas, NV – The Culinary Union will host an online panel to explore the lessons of private equity ownership and control of Nevada casino resorts on June 18, 2021.
